Edmond “Ted” Lapidus was a French fashion designer, born in Paris. Lapidus is considered the creator and pioneer of the unisex fashion look and is credited with introducing a military and safari look into haute couture. After an apprenticeship with Dior, Lapidus started his own fashion label in 1951 and gained prominence in the 1960s when French celebrities such as Brigitte Bardot, Françoise Hardy and Alain Delon started wearing his creations. In 2000 the Lapidus label ceased producing haute couture and is now primarily known for its fashion accessories of watches and fragrances. Introducing fragrances for woman, White Soul which was launched a few of years ago resonated with elegance and chic and in keeping with this, ORISSIMA was launched in 2017.
The ORISSIMA woman is naturally elegant, sophisticated and sexy. The fragrance can be worn for any occasion whether it be day or night and the scent consists of powerful Patchouli with the hypnotic scent of Orange Blossom which contrasts with lingering Bush Peach and sweety Caramel giving an addictive, delicious note.
