It was incredibly difficult to narrow down the runway options at Paris Spring Couture Fashion in order to bring you a selection of our top picks on show. After much deliberation, we couldn’t resist the following two collections as exciting inspiration for Spring 2016.
Let’s begin with the beauty that is Elie Saab. According to Vogue.com, the program is called “Enter India” and showcases an Edwardian Englishwoman meets India style. The result is high necklines and fully beaded pieces in classic silhouettes. We’re just in love with the result but see the designs for yourself below.
If that wasn’t enough to leave a spring in your step, we’re sure that Alberta Ferretti limited Edition won’t disappoint. The legendary Marchesa Luisa Casati served as inspiration for this collection underpinned by dark femme fatale beauty and eccentricity. Her home of Venice served as a mysterious backdrop for the show and the feminine designs combine drama, decadence and ornate details.
